Terms of Service

Effective January 1, 2026  ·  Last updated July 9, 2026

Welcome to RollCall. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RollCall mobile application and website. By creating an account or using RollCall, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. RollCall is a listings and discovery platform for car and motorcycle meets — we help people find and post events, but we do not run them.

01 Who can use RollCall

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or use RollCall, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. RollCall is an adults-only platform and is not directed to anyone under 18. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will remove it. Some meets add further age or entry requirements (for example 21+) set by their organizers; you're responsible for meeting them. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account — keep your login secure and don't share it.

02 What RollCall is (and isn't)

RollCall is a platform where organizers list meets and enthusiasts discover them. RollCall is not the organizer, host, or sponsor of any event listed in the app. We don't own, run, supervise, or control the meets, lots, or activities you find through RollCall. Organizers and attendees are solely responsible for their own events and conduct.

Any meet listing is created by a user, not by RollCall. We don't guarantee that an event will happen, that details are accurate, that a location is safe or legal to use, or that anyone else will show up. Trust tiers, vouching, verified badges, gated locations, license-plate blurring, and similar features are community tools, not guarantees of anyone's identity, character, or safety, and are not a substitute for your own judgment.

03 Acceptable use

RollCall exists to celebrate car and bike culture the right way. To keep it that way, you agree not to use RollCall to organize, promote, encourage, or coordinate any illegal or dangerous activity.

Zero tolerance — no street takeovers or racing

You may not use RollCall to organize, promote, advertise, recruit for, or coordinate illegal street takeovers, sideshows, street racing, drifting or "doughnuts" on public roads, burnouts in traffic, or any reckless or dangerous driving. In many places, using an app or social media to organize or promote a street takeover is itself a crime. Listings, posts, or messages that promote these activities will be removed and the accounts behind them banned.

RollCall is for legal, organized meets — parking-lot gatherings, cars & coffee, bike nights, sanctioned ride-outs, track days, and shows held with permission and within the law. RollCall does not host racing, timing, or speed-contest features and does not reward speed.

We cooperate with law enforcement and property owners on reports of illegal activity, and may preserve and disclose information as required or permitted by law.

You also agree not to:

04 Safety, intimate imagery & minors

The safety of the community comes first. The following have zero tolerance and result in immediate removal and, where required, reports to the appropriate authorities:

To report content or a user, use the in-app report and block tools or email safety@rollcall.app. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

05 Events, organizers & assumption of risk

If you organize a meet, you are responsible for your event — including securing permission to use a location, obtaining any permits, insurance, or waivers, following all laws and regulations, respecting property, and the safety and conduct of your attendees. You represent that you have the right to host wherever you list.

You attend meets entirely at your own risk. Cars, motorcycles, crowds, parking lots, and driving are inherently dangerous. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of attending, traveling to, or leaving any meet found through RollCall — including injury, death, property damage, theft, assault, arrest, or any other harm — whether or not caused by another attendee, an organizer, a location, or a defect. You are responsible for your own driving, riding, conduct, insurance, and safety, and for obeying all traffic and other laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release RollCall from any claim arising out of your attendance at, or travel to or from, any meet.

06 Your content

You own the content you post — your photos, builds, comments, and event listings. By posting, you grant RollCall a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content within the app and its features so RollCall can operate as intended. This license ends when you delete your content, except for copies retained for backups, legal reasons, or where others have already shared it.

You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it. RollCall may remove content that violates these Terms, and applies automated tools — including license-plate blurring and EXIF stripping — as described in our Privacy Policy. Those tools are a best effort, not a guarantee.

07 Copyright & DMCA

RollCall respects intellectual property. If you believe content on RollCall infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at dmca@rollcall.app including: your contact information; identification of the work; the location of the material on RollCall; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; a statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act; and your signature. We remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers. If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address.

08 Paid events, tickets & billing

Some organizers may charge for entry to a meet through RollCall. When they do:

You agree to pay all charges you authorize. Do not initiate chargebacks for events you attended or purchases you authorized; contact support@tryrollcall.app first.

09 RollCall Pro subscription

RollCall Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed through your app store. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, it renews automatically at the then-current price, and your app-store account is charged for renewal. You can manage or cancel anytime in your app-store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Except where required by law or app-store policy, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods. Pro features may change over time.

10 Moderation & account termination

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe put the community or the scene at risk — with or without notice. You may stop using RollCall and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers, assumption of risk, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

11 Disclaimers

RollCall is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that event information is accurate or complete.

RollCall does not endorse, vet, or take responsibility for any event, organizer, attendee, location, or user content. Trust, verification, and location-gating features are best-effort community tools and are not a guarantee of safety. Your interactions with events and other users are solely between you and them.

12 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RollCall and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — RollCall, including any injury, property damage, loss, legal issue, or harm that occurs at, traveling to, or in connection with any event discovered through the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to RollCall will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100. You use RollCall and attend events at your own risk.

13 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RollCall harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the app, your content, your events, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

14 Dispute resolution & governing law

Let's try to solve problems directly first: before filing anything, contact support@tryrollcall.app and give us 30 days to resolve it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. You and RollCall waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the remainder of this section still applies. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@rollcall.app.

15 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as RollCall grows. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of RollCall after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
